The Customer Success Influencer (CSI) will utilize excellent Customer relationship-building skills and our internal tools to help execute influencer campaigns from start to finish. As the main point of Customer contact, the CSI will manage the day-to-day operations and thrive in a fast-paced, self-starter environment and work directly with high-quality social media influencers to provide both the influencers and the brand Customers a seamless influencer marketing experience. The CSI plays an integral role in ensuring Customer success and driving high retention rates with CIPIO’s Automated Community Influencer Marketing Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain a deep understanding of customer product and marketing goals to proactively propose influencers who can help drive campaign content, strategy, and idea optimization
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse influencer ecosystem (e.g. agents, influencers, ambassadors, and experts)
- Execute on new sourcing strategies to communicate campaign briefs, and negotiate new partnerships with influencers
- Streamline operational processes related to our influencer marketing efforts, corresponding and following up with influencers and answering questions about the brand campaign and our processes
- Maintain influencer outreach lists while actively scouting new talent and clearly communicate the outcomes of the sourcing effort
- Draft paid and unpaid influencer content briefs and work with teams to review & approve
- Communicate via video conferencing with the influencers directly for screening purposes and to explain campaign goals
- Review influencer content and provide feedback leveraging our internal guidelines
- Keep up and understand current trends and leaders in the social community
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years in Customer success
- You are a highly organized “doer” with an exceptional ability to prioritize, multitask, work autonomously, and communicate proactively
- Analytical, a structured thinker who has strong Excel experience
- Working knowledge of the influencer landscape across social media platforms
- Experience in direct influencer communication across social platforms or experience with influencer marketing platforms is a plus
- A passion for keeping things organized and executing with competing priorities
- You’re open-minded. To learning new things, being around new people, mentorship, feedback, and learning and growing in your role
- Strong troubleshooting skills, with creative ability to overcome challenges and achieve resolution
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly growing start up environment that is developing and growing quickly
- Scrappiness, “no task too small” attitude with a bias towards action
- Excellent communications skills (written, spoken, presentations) and able to use Zoom/ Google hangout for most of your day-to-day interactions
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and highly organized with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication and analytical skills
