Our story

With the COVID-19 crisis, Business-to-Consumer (B2C) brick-and-
mortar businesses were among the ones who got hit hardest and
struggled for survival. The situation created a massive shift towards
digital offerings and gave birth to a hybrid and subscription economy.

Customers’ priorities and expectations changed almost overnight,
forcing B2C businesses to accelerate digital transformation at 10x
speed and find new ways to cater to shifts in customers’ lifestyles,
preferences, and increasing competitive pressures in the hybrid b2c
economy.

It was more critical than ever to engage deeply with customers, create
captivating experiences to retain customers, grow revenue with
upselling/cross-selling, and acquire smartly.

While working with several Fitness brands to help understand member
behaviors and influencing factors for enhancing experiences and identifying
growth opportunities, our founders uncovered a massive problem that was
not just limited to the Fitness industry but spanned across B2C subscription
segments. The problem where businesses had to spend months and
thousands of dollars to get intelligence about their customers and depend
entirely on industry experts to interpret signals and figure out what actions
to take to retain and grow their customer base.
